What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at info@dunelanddesigns.com

Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.

Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?

We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof.

Custom Items

Are you able to create a custom item or design?

Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a small design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design. Please use the contact page or message us using the WhatsApp chat icon.


Shipping

How is shipping billed?

Your items will be packaged and weighed once complete. You will then be sent an invoice using the customer info you provided at checkout to pay for your shipping fees.

Do you all ship Internationally?

Yes.  All shipping charges are calculated after your order.  A separate invoice will be sent to your customer contact info to pay for shipping.
